If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Defective Items (Our Mistake, Our Fix!)

If your order arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing defect, we are deeply sorry! Please contact us immediately at support@mamasolved.com with a photo or video of the issue. We will send you a replacement part or a brand-new product at no extra cost to you.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, simply follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@mamasolved.com with your Order Number.

2. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and the nearest return address.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

• For defective or damaged items: Shipping is on us!

• For "Change of Mind" returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
